GIF Construction Set Professional's Banner function can create graphic representations of text from any alphabetic TrueType font in your system, and with a variety of superlative animated special effects.

Simple: Your text will be drawn in a solid colour, with or without a drop shadow. As with all Banner effects, anti-aliasing is available to improve the appearance of your text. Embossed: Your text will be drawn with highlight and shadow lines to make it appear to rise from the surface of your monitor. Teletype: Your text will be drawn one character at a time, in a solid colour, with or without a drop shadow. Glow: Your text will be drawn against a black background with a simulated glow and optional neon tubes. Soft shadow: Your text will be drawn in a solid colour with a soft shadow behind it. Texture: Your text will be cut from a tiled texture and drawn with an optional drop shadow. Scanners: Your text will be drawn in a solid colour, with or without a drop shadow, with a bright scan line animated over it. Waves: Your text will be drawn as a moving wave between the Crest and Trough colours.

From simple text, text with soft shadows and text with embossing on up to text with neon, texture and wave effects, the GIF Construction Set Professional Banner function is intuitive and fast. It can create both still and animated banners.
