This page will check the status of your order for Alchemy Mindworks products, including software, software registrations, books and CD-ROMs.

Please complete the following form and click on the Submit button, below. You will receive a reply within one business day, and usually on the same business day. Note that business days do not include weekends or Canadian holidays.

This function cannot check status for orders which are less than one business day old. Until your order has reached our user database, its status cannot be acertained by a database search.

Please complete the form as accurately as possible. While the search can do some fuzzy logic comparisons for address fields, if your name is incorrect, it almost certainly will not find you.

IMPORTANT: If you placed your order through our secure server e-commerce page and you received an error message when you clicked on Submit, your order was not received or processed. This problem is caused by a bug in the secure server interface of Internet Explorer 5 and AOL 5. These browsers do not reliably support the high-security 128-bit encryption most e-commerce sites use, including ours.
